Transactions API – Running Loan Transactions

Note: This section of the documentation describes how to program the POS to run loan transactions. To program the POS to run credit and check transactions, go to Running Credit and Check Transactions.

Integrate with the Transactions API to allow your POS system to communicate with our gateway to run loan transactions. The Transactions API is an HTTPS-based REST API, which uses JSON payloads and is TLS 1.2 encrypted.

Integration steps

1. Program your POS to:
   1. Create the headers to authenticate your requests.
   2. Create requests for the types of transactions you want to run.
   3. Handle the responses.
2. Test your integration.

Integration flexibility

We regularly update our API. Make sure that your integration is flexible enough to handle new response fields from our gateway. When programming your POS, do not hard-code the sequence of fields that you expect us to return in the response.
