3D Secure transactions must be settled for the original authorization amount to avail of the chargeback protection.

Refund (Rebate)

It's possible to process multiple refunds against one transaction, but this is not enabled by default. It must be requested by one of the primary listed contacts on your account. For more information, contact a member of our support team.
